Yunyan creative loft to become more attractive

A series of colorful creative activities are expected to take place at Guiyang Zhigu Science and Culture Creative Park, which is Yunyan's first cultural park and the first culture creative park transformed from a deserted industrial plant in Guiyang. 

As a part of the 2019 Qian View on Intangible Cultural Heritage Art Week, which will kick off from Sept 20 to 26, these activities are expected to unveil new fashionable cultural presentations, such as the integration of traditional Guizhou intangible cultures with catchy graffiti walls. 

Covering an area of 71,000 square meters and a floor area of 119,000 sq m, the park was listed as a key culture industry project in Guizhou's 13th Five-Year Plan. It is committed to developing itself into a national culture entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration base, according to a spokesperson of the park. 

The spokesperson also said that based on "science innovation plus cultural creation", the park aims to provide comprehensive supporting services for culture, education, science, office work, leisure, catering, and residential offerings.

Since the investment attraction work began in 2018, the park has taken cultural creation as its core to cooperate with relevant enterprises and well-known design studios to introduce an increasing number of cultural, sports, science, and educational resources. 

In addition to serving as the venue of the art week, the park will also take the art event as an opportunity to attract more cultural creative enterprises and individuals to settle here, in an effort to develop into a gathering place for cultural creation.
