Urban public facilities of the project include high-end cinemas, opera houses, museums, and large amusement parks. The Guiyang World Trade Center, a gigantic building complex, has a total investment of more than 10 billion yuan and will be a veritable entertainment center in Guiyang.

In June 2015, Zhongtian Urban Development Group signed an agreement with the China Film Co Ltd to establish China's largest IMAX movie theater in Zhongtian Future Ark. The theatre will build the first film and television exhibition center in Guizhou and will hold movie premieres and star meetings regularly every year. In the same year, the Beijing 798 Art Center settled in, making Zhongtian Future Ark a cultural landmark in Guiyang that enhances the city's taste and enriches the spiritual lives of local people.
