From March 29 to Oct 24, China's civil aviation sector officially implements the summer-autumn flight season schedule. In line with passenger travel demand and Guizhou's goals for opening-up and high-quality tourism development, Guizhou Civil Aviation Industry Group Co has dynamically optimized its route network layout and fully launched the 2026 summer-autumn flight season starting March 29.
During the 2026 summer-autumn flight season, Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport plans to operate 147 routes (including passenger and cargo services), serving 108 destinations. These include eight new domestic destinations — Zhoushan, Jiaxing, Fuyang, Qionghai, Shuozhou, Tongliao, Pu'er, and Libo – as well as five new international and regional destinations – Ho Chi Minh City, Phuket, Johor Bahru, Kuching, and Kota Kinabalu.
After the seasonal schedule change, the airport will operate 3,860 weekly flights – 57 more than during the 2025 summer–autumn season – averaging 551 flights per day.
The airport will continue to deepen its presence in international markets such as Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia, while also densifying the route network to and from Hong Kong and Macao.
The regional airports under Guizhou Civil Aviation Industry Group will operate nine connecting air routes, all operated by Colorful Guizhou Airlines: Xingyi=Tongren=Nanchang, Xingyi=Tongren=Hefei, Xingyi=Libo=Hefei, Xingyi=Libo=Nanchang, Guiyang=Tongren=Libo, Guiyang=Xingyi=Zhuhai, Guiyang=Libo=Taizhou, Ningbo=Tongren=Liupanshui, and Xingyi=Maotai=Nanjing.
