The Global Big Data Exchange in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed a cooperation agreement with Sichuan's Chengdu Jiaotou Information Technology Co on Oct 16.
The agreement aims to allow both sides to jointly build business models and carry out deep cooperation in the "data elements × transportation" field.
Sichuan and Guizhou provinces are beneficiaries of major national strategic implementations such as the Western Development in New Era, the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.
According to the agreement, Chengdu Jiaotou Information Technology Co will give full play to its expertise in urban smart transportation, smart highways, and the "vehicle-road-cloud integration" service to list data products, data services, algorithm models and more at the Global Big Data Exchange.
This will promote efficient data allocation and jointly create customized data trading integrated machines and other products that meet market demands. The next step in the cooperation will focus on exploring the value of transportation data elements, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, and jointly creating new benchmarks in smart transportation scenarios.
