129 Guizhou companies join Canton Fair

On April 15, the 135th Session of the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) opened in Guangzhou. Southwest China's Guizhou province organized 129 enterprises to participate in the fair, totaling 202 exhibition booths across the fair's three phases.

The fair, which runs from April 15 to May 5, is divided into three phases for offline exhibitions. A total of 50 Guizhou companies take part in the first phase, and are distributed among various exhibition areas. They include new materials and chemical products, electronic and electrical products, consumer electronics and information products, general machinery and mechanical components, new energy products, and auto parts.

A representative from the Department of Commerce of Guizhou Province stated that the fair is an important trade promotion platform in China, and that it is a crucial channel for enterprises to expand into overseas markets. The Guizhou trade delegation will work together to communicate with purchasers, utilize the fair as a platform to increase orders, seek business opportunities, expand their cooperative network, and further their international market reach in order to support the development of high-quality foreign trade in Guizhou.

The exhibition area of this fair covers 1.55 million square meters, with the participation of 29,000 enterprises, including 28,600 export-oriented companies and 680 import-oriented companies. During the fair, more than 600 trade promotion activities will be held, setting new records in terms of the number and category of the activities.
