Division of Opening-up (Office of the Opening-up Committee of Guiyang Municipal Party Committee)

The division is responsible for the affairs of opening-up offices in Guiyang city, the overall coordination of opening-up exchanges and promotion activities, establishment and improvement of cross-sectoral and cross-regional opening-up promotion mechanisms, the drafting of comprehensive documents and important conference materials about opening-up.

It is also responsible for studying major issues in opening-up and putting forward suggestions, as well as public information release, publicity, learning and training concerning opening-up.
