Division of Foreign Trade (Office of the Foreign Economic and Trade Port Coordination Leading Group/Leading Group Office of Construction of China (Guiyang) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone)

The office formulates and implements the city's foreign trade development plans, policies and measures; undertakes import and export enterprise business qualification registration and management of service trade, processing trade and fair trade; conducts foreign trade statistics collection and comprehensive analysis, and proposes countermeasures for problems occurring in the foreign trade operation. It also organizes and guides enterprises to participate in various foreign trade promotion activities at home and abroad; and works with relevant departments to supervise the use of national, provincial and municipal economic and trade development funds. It undertakes the daily work of the Office of the Foreign Economic and Trade Port Coordination Leading Group.

It also undertakes e-commerce work in cross-border trade, and promotes international and domestic cooperation in e-commerce.
