Personnel Division

Its mission is to undertake the administration work of organization establishment, cadres and personnel, labor wages and social security of the bureau and affiliated agencies; select, remove, supervise and apprise cadres of the bureau and affiliated agencies; and coordinate their education and training, and build the talent team and human resources development. The division administers the professional and technical qualification examinations and professional title evaluations; and administrates oversea travel for official business and personnel examination and filing for going abroad for official or personal reasons of the bureau and affiliated agencies. In combination with its own responsibilities, the division also helps work in poverty alleviation and relevant development.
