Business Service Division

The major responsibilities are to administer commercial and trade service industries, including catering, domestic service, drug circulation, and renewable resources; formulate industry development plans, policies and industry management standards; carry out industry grading and brand evaluation; undertake planning and approval of building automobile gas stations and filling stations, and supervise the industry; and construct and improve the public service system for small and micro-sized businesses in the circulation industry.

It is also responsible for the supervision of industries and markets including auction, leasing, secondhand goods circulation and duty-free shop, the management of the city's direct-sale industry and the preliminary review of domestic direct-sale enterprises; the city's guidance, planning, construction and management of emerging business and trade service formats including modern logistics, chain operation and commercial franchise.
