On Nov 6-7, Guiyang bureau of commerce conducted inspections and granted approval for the city's first batch of pollution-free business complexes. These include Shubo Wanda Plaza in Yunyan district, Shui'an Plaza in Nanming district, Wanyi Plaza in Huaxi district, and Wuyue Plaza in Qingzhen city.
Preceding the assessment, the bureau provided guidance to business operators, assisting them in establishing relevant systems and measures for energy conservation, water preservation, and environmental protection.
The initiative actively promotes the inclusion of green and environmentally friendly businesses within shopping malls. Ongoing training sessions are mandated for employees and resident merchants, covering topics such as safety, energy conservation, environmental protection, and hygiene.
As part of the effort, there is a push for the use of degradable plastic bags, and consumers are encouraged to adopt environmentally friendly shopping bags.
To foster a corporate culture centered on environmental consciousness and energy efficiency, various measures have been implemented. These initiatives aim to advance the development of pollution-free business complexes, fostering an environment conducive to waste reduction, environmental protection, and judicious consumption.
