Guizhou officials research Guanshanhu's office building economy

On Oct 8, Linghu Shaohui, deputy director of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce, led a team to conduct research on the office building economy in Guanshanhu district. The team was accompanied by government officials from the district and the Guiyang bureau of commerce.

The purpose was to understand the marketing model of the real estate market and building operation methods, discuss the development trends of the office building economy, and further analyze the existing problems of the consumption market in Guiyang.

Linghu emphasized the need to delve into the market and examine the data. He said efforts should be focused on fully leveraging Guiyang's advantages as a distribution center and contributing to the high-quality development of the local economy.

He also said attention should be paid to the market's reaction and response. In office building operation, services should be prioritized, and digitalized measures should be adopted to optimize services, making the office building economy more sustainable, intelligent, professional and high-end.
