This year, Nanming district in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has made optimizing the business environment its top priority by streamlining administration, delegating powers, and improving regulations and services.
The business negotiation area called Enterprise Home, prominently located on the first floor of the district's government service hall, is divided into different sections, providing services such as receiving and handling requests, legal services, talent services, and financial services for enterprises. There are also dedicated personnel in the self-service area to assist with the entire government administration process.
So far, the Enterprise Home has provided legal consultations more than 150 times to enterprises and individuals, conducted over 1,200 financial credit inquiries, issued nearly 20 million yuan ($2.79 million) in loans, and resolved over 200 problems faced by enterprises.
Since the beginning of this year, Nanming district has strengthened departmental coordination and cooperation, significantly reducing the time, procedures, and materials needed to handle government affairs, and making life more convenient for the public.
