Bureau puts emphasis on managing disposable plastic products

On Aug 3, the Guiyang bureau of commerce held a special meeting on the management of plastic products in commerce. Leaders from relevant departments of commerce in various districts and counties in the city, as well as representatives from 30 local enterprises, attended the meeting.

The meeting provided guidance to market participants in the circulation sector, urging them to meet the reporting requirements, minimize the usage of single-use plastic items, maximize recycling efforts, and explore alternative options. This initiative aimed to enhance the city's pollution reduction and control measures.
