Guiyang releases service outsourcing results in H1

From January to June 2023, the total number of service outsourcing contracts executed in Guiyang (including Guian New Area) increased by 150.9 percent compared to last year.

The data reveal a notable surge in offshore service outsourcing execution, which witnessed a staggering growth of 295.44 percent year-on-year. Concurrently, the onshore service outsourcing execution amount also experienced a significant uptick, registering a 141.03 percent increase in comparison to the previous year.

The information technology outsourcing execution amount surged by 354.55 percent year-on-year from January to June.

Hong Kong and Singapore were the central regions where the city's service outsourcing businesses were from.

Over the first half of this year, the offshore outsourcing execution amount undertaken with countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative accounted for 34.82 percent of the total offshore outsourcing execution amount of Guiyang.

The regions of Guian New Area and Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone held paramount significance for service outsourcing businesses. Specifically, the execution of outsourcing execution amounts in these two regions constituted 67.75 percent and 20.25 percent of the city's aggregate total, respectively, over the first six months.
