It aims to create a market-oriented, law-based, and world-class business environment.
It has reduced the number of safety-related approval items from 78 to 44, the time needed to approve government investment projects has been shortened to 54 working days, and the time needed to approve social investment projects has been shortened to 36 working days.
The new area has also established a unified platform for housing transactions and real estate registration, set up 7x24-hour government service stations, and provided online smart consulting services.
The new area has also selected 4,930 active market entities from 25,405 existing enterprises, including 276 whose business scales have exceeded a designated size, providing a strong basis for the government to serve them precisely.
