24 measures to boost local biz environment

Guiyang customs in Southwest China's Guizhou province recently launched 24 measures to optimize the business environment, focusing on constructing open platforms, smooth cross-border channels, and facilitating cross-border trade.

These measures were taken to create a market-oriented, law-based, and international first-class port business environment, providing strong support for the development of cross-border trade.

The business environment is a calling card of a city going global, representing its attractiveness, competitiveness, and productivity to some extent. As a gateway for import and export trade, Guiyang customs improved the level of facilitation of cross-border trade by continuously promoting customs business reforms, comprehensively deepening tax management reforms, leveraging free trade agreements such as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, and guiding the implementation of relevant policies.

In addition, Guiyang customs supported the differentiated development of Guiyang, Guian, and Zunyi comprehensive bonded zones, forming a new pattern of distinct focuses, complementary advantages, and coordinated development.
