Large-scale promotion activities bolster consumption

During the five-day May Day holiday, which falls from April 29 to May 3 this year, Guiyang city in Southwest China's Guizhou province will roll out a variety of activities to boost local consumption, and accelerate the recovery of its consumption market.

The activities that are scheduled to take place during the holiday include music festivals, huge cake parties, new energy vehicle camping festivals, and street dance competitions. Additional activities include a kite flying festival, a cooking contest, snack exhibitions, circus performances, themed concerts, and family-friendly shopping activities.
