CCPIT officials meet with KOSME representatives

On Feb 23, a team of representatives led by Xu Rongmu, president of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) Chongqing Office, visited the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guiyang Sub-Council.

A work session was held on the same day, presided over by Zheng Xuke, vice president of the CCPIT Guiyang Sub-Council, and participated in by all staff members of the council.

Founded in 1979, KOSME aims to strengthen South Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and boost the balanced development of the economy. It mainly facilitates the globalization and overseas marketing, talent cultivation, business start-up, and regional industrial innovation of SMEs.

KOSME launched the visit to discuss with Guiyang officials about adding South Korean elements into the city's business districts.

Zheng said in the meeting that the two sides should coordinate and perform better in business match-up activities. Zheng also invited Xu to attend a series of major conferences and expositions held every year in Guiyang to explore more opportunities for collaboration.
