The China (Guiyang) Cross-border E-commerce Public Service Platform in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was recently approved as a municipal cross-border e-commerce public service platform.
By providing e-commerce enterprises with cross-border business declarations, inquiries, data sharing and other services, the platform has promoted the acceleration of customs clearance processes. It has also boosted the innovation of regulatory models, the improvement of institutional system, the enhancement of logistics services, and the promotion of integrated data sharing.
This provides strong support for the comprehensive development of Guiyang's cross-border e-commerce sector, as well as its cross-border e-commerce system and industrial chain.
So far, the platform has introduced two cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
The platform will give full play to its functions, and accelerate the construction of a one-stop service system for cross-border e-commerce with online and offline functions. It will realize the flow of information between governments, regulatory departments, and enterprises, and provide cross-border e-commerce operators with online declarations, inquiry forms and other related services for import and export orders, waybills, payment orders, and lists.
Chen Libo, general manager of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Industry Investment Co, said that the company will take advantage of the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, in order to introduce cross-border e-commerce to backbone enterprises, expand the local cross-border e-commerce industry cluster, and boost bulk commodity trade of Guiyang industries such as light, agriculture and animal husbandry, and culture and tourism.
Through these efforts, the company aims to develop the Guiyang Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Experimental Zone into a provincial pilot area for cross-border e-commerce innovation and development.
