"It used to take five days to go through the real estate registration procedures, now it takes just one day. In addition, a green channel has been set up for enterprises to satisfy our needs, I am very happy with that," said Zheng Xuehua, general manager of a local company based in Qingzhen city, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province.
In order to create a more business-friendly environment, Qingzhen city has formed 42 integrated government service packages to make it easier for entrepreneurs to handle government affairs.
For example, it only takes just one day for someone to register their new businesses.
Qingzhen's position in the provincial business environment assessment has risen from 77th to second, and it has been selected as one of China's top 100 counties with the greatest potential for investment, as well as one of China's top 10 counties with the best business environment.
This year, Qingzhen has held nine investment promotion activities and brought in 31 programs with investments totaling 10 billion yuan ($1.38 billion).
