A pandemic prevention and control conference for the city of Guiyang and Guian New Area was held on Sept 12, at which Mo Fei, deputy head of the Guiyang bureau of commerce, specified two types of vegetable relief packages.
One type is procured, transported and delivered by the government to residents in locked down areas free of charge.
The other is provided by the market-based supply system, such as packages from supermarkets or farm produce markets. These packages are not free, and can be purchased both online and offline. But the prices are cheaper than usual, thanks to subsidies from the Department of Commerce of Guizhou Province.
