Symposium focuses on alcoholic beverages expo

A municipal meeting themed on preparations for the 11th China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo was held in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Aug 28.

The working groups for the expo's comprehensive coordination, exhibition and display, pandemic prevention and control, medical guarantees and public security delivered reports at the meeting, followed by suggestions and proposals offered by the Guiyang bureau of commerce, Guiyang bureau of health, and Guiyang bureau of public security.

Officials made relevant arrangements for emergency response, transportation, intellectual property protection for exhibits, the surrounding environment, and food and accommodation security, and urged all government units involved to fulfill their respective responsibilities.
