Guiyang speeds up 20 government services

News from the Guiyang government service center on April 27 suggested that the center has shortened the amount of time needed to complete 20 government services.

By simplifying procedures, reducing the amount of required materials, data sharing, automated comparison and other methods, some government services can now be carried out online.

The new "internet + government service" model was pioneered in China's most developed cities such as Hangzhou and Shanghai, and has boosted the work efficiency of government staff members.

Individuals only need to follow the center's WeChat account and submit relevant materials online to withdraw their housing provident funds.

The center has promised to coordinate with other departments in healthcare, education, employment and entrepreneurship to reduce the time needed for other services.
