Guiyang officials head off to Xiamen on fact-finding visit

Officials from the Guiyang bureau of commerce – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – embarked on a fact-finding visit to Xiamen city in East China's Fujian province on March 3-4, to learn about its successful experiences in foreign investment promotion, among other things.

Bureau officials exchanged experiences and views with representatives from the Xiamen municipal bureau of commerce, the Xiamen foreign investment association and the organizing committee of the China International Fair for Investment & Trade, or CIFIT.

They swapped notes on attracting foreign investment and on enterprise-related services, as well as  made arrangements for the upcoming 2022 CIFIT, scheduled to be held on Sept 8-11 in Xiamen.

CIFIT is considered as the largest global investment exhibition recognized by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
