Sugui Industrial Park to be built in Guian

The Sugui Industrial Park will be established in the Guian New Area of Southwest China's Guizhou province, according to local news reports on July 22. 

The new industrial park has been recognized as a provincial special industrial park, and will benefit from preferential policies issued by the local government. 

The park symbolizes the collaboration between the Guian New Area and Suzhou Industrial Park. It covers a planned area of about 30 square kilometers and is located in the border zone between Guiyang and Guian, which is well-connected and boasts full-fledged supporting infrastructure.

Textiles, special food, advanced equipment and modern services are meant to be the park's four pillar industries. 

Officials from the Guian New Area and Suzhou Industrial Park reportedly signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of the park on Nov 8 last year.
