A business promotion match-up held by the Guizhou Provincial Government kicked off on June 9. Tang Rong, vice-president of Guiyang bureau of commerce, introduced the city's geographical advantages, ample resources and preferential policies related to business operation and investment to over 50 Ningbo-based enterprises and social institutions, inviting them to visit and invest in Guiyang.
Guizhou also sought to attract more foreign investors, inviting 12 foreign-invested enterprises, including Borg Warner Co and Safewell Group Holdings (China) Co to the match-up.
The Guiyang government officially issued a document that lists measures to encourage foreign investment, which makes it more convenient for foreigners to invest or work locally.
