Matchmaking event for banks, foreign-invested firms held in Guiyang

A discussion on the financing of foreign-invested enterprises in Southwest China's Guizhou province was held in the provincial capital Guiyang city on Jan 13. 

The meeting was jointly hosted by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce, the Guizhou Office of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and Guiyang municipal government.

Officials of the Guiyang municipal bureau of commerce, the finance office of Guiyang municipal government, and the industrial development bureau of Guian New Area, as well as representatives of six banks and local foreign-funded enterprises, attended the meeting.

The event was designed to strengthen communication and mutual understanding between foreign-funded enterprises and banks, and promote win-win cooperation between the two sides.

Six banks and five foreign-funded enterprises in Guiyang city signed agreements on seven financing projects at the meeting. 

Zhang Chaohu, deputy secretary-general of Guiyang municipal government, said that Guiyang will promote further business matchmaking between foreign-funded enterprises and banks, help enterprises to relieve their difficulties, and support foreign-funded enterprises, ensuring they benefit from socioeconomic development.
