Guiyang monitors epidemic prevention and control measures

An inspection team from the Guiyang branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade went to Kaiyang county and Wudang district in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Oct 16 to examine the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures for the autumn and winter seasons. 

The four-inspector team listened to a brief report on the relevant work of Kaiyang county's bureau of commerce and investment promotion and Wudang's bureau of commerce. The officials went to shopping malls, supermarkets and farmers' markets in Kaiyang county and Wudang district, checking the venues' COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control plan for autumn and winter. 

The team also inspected material reserves, daily disinfection and sanitation records and health code scanning and body temperature testing procedures, and warned that consumers need to wear masks.

The inspectors urged implementing relevant measures to further consolidate and improve the epidemic prevention and control situation.
