In order to further the China (Guiyang) cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone where import and export trade and inland open economy can be fully developed, our city has formulated plans and policies to further the growth of cross-border e-commerce by means of: establishing its main growth framework mainly from the "six systems" of information sharing, financial services, intelligent logistics, E-commerce integrity, statistical monitoring, risk prevention and control, as well as the "two platforms" of online integrated service and offline industrial parks; and supporting and boosting cross-border e-commerce growth from the four aspects of cultivating its entities, supporting its applications, improving its service system, and encouraging the introduction and training of relevant talents. By 2022, the annual volume of cross-border e-commerce transactions will exceed US $1.5 billion, with over 300 foreign trade enterprises in the cross-border e-commerce industrial park, and 40% of export enterprises as cross-border e-commerce practitioners.
