Huaxi district in Guiyang recently issued a list of 10 practical measures to boost the development of the private economy.

The 10 practical measures incorporate suggestions from private enterprises regarding the improvement of the business environment, financial services, tax and fee support, and training. These matters take into account the situations of various industries and the needs of economic and social development. Responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined, with efforts aimed at addressing the pain points, difficulties, and bottlenecks encountered by private enterprises in their production and operation processes.

The measures specifically include conducting a series of lectures for private enterprises, establishing a regular communication and exchange mechanism with private enterprises, leveraging Huaxi's service brand to support 10 major actions for the high-quality development of the private economy, cultivating the innovative role of private enterprises and organizing face-to-face activities to provide technological services for private enterprises, teaching industrial enterprises how to apply to become innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprises, as well as offering training for the construction of a green manufacturing system.

In addition, efforts will be made to mobilize bank presidents to visit chambers of commerce, industrial parks, and enterprises, coordinate with local banks to compile and distribute a financing service manual that lists financial service products, launch social security policy publicity activities, secure Moutai liquor resources, promote automobile consumption, and streamline the response mechanism for tax-related appeals in industrial parks.

All the matters are expected to be completed by the end of this year.
