Huaxi launches events to promote tourism in spring

The "2024 Beautiful Huaxi" spring series of events was launched at the Confucius Academy in Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on March 30.

The events will feature a variety of distinctive cultural, commercial, sports, educational, and tourism activities, including spring outings to appreciate flowers, popular sports, rural exploration, family study tours, and cultural experiences.

These activities allow people to fully experience the unique charm of Huaxi over the next three months, including the Qingming Festival, the World Book and Copyright Day and the May Day Holiday.

Meanwhile, three tourism ambassadors introduced the hiking route at the Shilihetan Wetland Park during the launch ceremony.

That day, on-site activities such as folk activities, tea ceremonies, hanfu cultural experiences, and various tastings of local specialties attracted the participation of many visitors.
