Tianhetan Tourism Resort launches new tourism programs

Tianhetan Tourism Resort in Huaxi district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently held its first-quarter new product release and investment signing conference, introducing new attractions and entertainment programs in the resort.

Located between Guiyang and Guian New Area, the national 4A-rated tourist attraction features various natural landscapes, such as mountains, rivers, deep pools, waterfalls, valleys and karst caves.

In addition to natural scenery, Tianhetan Tourism Resort also plans to launch new vacation experience programs to develop itself into a cultural tourism consumption center of Guiyang, according to Zhao Jina, chairman of Guizhou Tianhetan Tourism Co, in a statement at the conference.

These new tourism programs include a Russian international circus program to be launched this month, Hongfeng Mountain Container Hotel, a helicopter low-altitude flight program, a pet park, a glass water slide project to open in June, the Tianhetan Cultural and Art Center to be opened in early April and a music fireworks show to begin between July and August.

The helicopter tour and pet park with 21 types of animals have already opened to tourists.

In addition, from March 8 to 31, residents of Guiyang can enjoy discounts on admission tickets at the first entrance of Tianhetan Tourism Resort along with old photos of Tianhetan.
