Huaxi improves employment services

In order to promote employment among the public and solve employment problems of enterprises, Huaxi district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has implemented an employment priority policy and expanded employment channels, continuously improving the quality of public employment services.

This year, the district held two special employment assistance month online job fairs, which attracted 21 employers and provided more than 10,000 jobs.

The district also organized monthly recruitment fairs for private enterprises to match jobseekers with employers.

Since the beginning of this year, a total of 937 interviews have been organized for Hengli (Guizhou) Textile Intelligent Technology Co and three online job fairs have been organized for Mengguan Auto Trade City, with 47 companies participating and 42 people reaching employment intention agreements.

In addition, Huaxi organized a livestreaming activity for 2021 university and college student employment and vocational guidance. The livestream was meant as a face-to-face matchmaking platform for enterprises and jobseekers. More than 1,000 people participated in interactive comments, and 130 people reached employment intention agreements during the stream.

Moving forward, Huaxi will work to build a "recruitment enterprise database" and a "jobseeker database" to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and build an effective and credible public career introduction platform for recruiters and jobseekers.
