The Affiliated School of Guizhou Minzu University and Huaxi Primary School – both located in the Huaxi district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently signed an agreement to establish sister relations.
At the signing ceremony, Zhang Qian, director of academic affairs at the Affiliated School of Guizhou Minzu University, said that Huaxi Primary School had a long and distinguished record of administering its operations.
He suggested his school could receive more guidance from Huaxi Primary School and the level of schooling would be improved.
Li Shiyong, president of Huaxi Primary School, said his school had long been strongly supported by Guizhou Minzu University in education, teaching and technological innovation.
It is hoped that the two schools could share resources – as well as strengthen their interactive exchanges in teaching, research and student activities – and jointly move forward in common progress, Li added.
