Huaxi district inks deals for two new tourism projects

The Huaxi district people's government signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with Sunac Group and China Railway Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co on June 10.

Huaxi district is located in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

This will form a greater driving force for the enrichment of Huaxi's tourism industry, the promotion of its cultural tourism industry and the improvement of resource elements, which will promote the further industrialization of Huaxi's tourism industry.

The Guiyang Sunac Resort project covers the comprehensive investment and operation management of multiple industries such as urban cultural tourism, entertainment and vacations, green vitality, cooperation with surrounding scenic spots and property development.

The China Railway Cultural and Tourism Cooperation project includes the comprehensive investment and operation management of multiple sectors such as rural revitalization, culture, tourism, healthcare, mountain sports, hotels and property development.

Yu Yang, deputy secretary of the Party committee of Huaxi district and head of the district people's government, said that Huaxi will utilize the opportunities for cooperation between the two groups.

The district will strive to build landmark projects for the high-quality construction of the Huaxi all-for-one cultural tourism innovation zone, promote the in-depth integration of tourism industrialization, new industrialization, new urbanization and agricultural modernization, and achieve social, economic, ecological and cultural benefits, Yu added.
