Southwest China's Guizhou province's first whole industrial chain training base integrating industry, study, and research -- a prefabricated green building technology exhibition hall -- recently opened at the Yanlou Industrial Park in Huaxi district, Guiyang, the capital city.
The exhibition hall was created by the Huaxi Prefabricated PC Factory of the Guizhou Branch of China Construction Science & Technology Group Co and Guizhou University.
It covers an area of about 260 square meters and mainly revolves around corporate profiles, development positioning, scientific research and innovation, design leadership, technical systems, prefabricated demonstration project cases, smart factories, policy introduction, and integrated smart construction.
Since the Huaxi prefabricated PC factory first settled in Huaxi district in 2019, it has adhered to the principle of "smart construction and green development", fully integrating the innovation of building technology with the development of big data in Guizhou.
Through the use of advanced technologies such as virtual reality, smart hardware, big data, artificial intelligence, sensors, cloud computing, and industrial internet of things, the factory has managed to design and develop a smart factory information management platform system.
The system has improved the intelligent management and control of the whole production process of prefabricated components, from design to hoisting construction, and realized the visualization of progress, precise cost control, traceability of quality problems, and real-time safety monitoring.
