Environmental protection project opens in Huaxi district

An environmental protection initiative -- funded by the Alxa Society of Entrepreneurs and Ecology (SEE) Foundation -- was launched on Oct 28 in Huaxi district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Established in 2004, the Alxa Foundation is the first social organization in China that takes social responsibility as its mission, the support of its entrepreneur members as its main driver and environmental protection as its goal.

The project will fully deploy Alxa SEE Foundation's experience in green protection projects and tap the knowhow of its Guizhou entrepreneur members locally, encouraging more entrepreneurs and environmental protection partners to join in environmental protection.

This is the 30th environmental protection project center to be opened by the Alxa Foundation.

It aims to build a good cooperation and exchange platform for Alshaa League, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region and Guizhou province, as well as to make more contributions to the environment of Guizhou based on local conditions.
