Huaxi officials promote investment in Suzhou, Shanghai

Yu Yang, deputy secretary of the Party committee and director of Huaxi district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently led an inspection team to the city of Suzhou in East China's Jiangsu province and Shanghai for investment attraction.

At Multi-Tao Automation & Technology (Suzhou) Co, Yu learned about the company's future factory project. The project covers an area of about 15 mu (1 hectare), with a construction area of 21,000 square meters.

Yu fully affirmed the company's development strength, corporate development ideas and its progress in its transformation and upgrading.

Meanwhile at Yupei Group in Shanghai, Yu and his team learned about the operations of the company, hoping to take the Yupei Guiyang Logistics Park project as a starting point to promote cooperation between Huaxi district and the company.

During the inspection, Yu said that Huaxi district was currently seizing the opportunities presented by the integrated development of Guiyang-Guian, with huge investment potential and space for broad development.

He said it was to be hoped that companies would build on their own achievements, so that mid-to-high-end manufacturing projects would come and settle in Huaxi district.
