Huaxi district holds hiking hunt for most beautiful Red Army route

Hosted by the Huaxi district bureau of culture, sports, broadcast, television and tourism, and the Huaxi district committee of the Communist Youth League, a hike to look for the most beautiful Red Army route was held in Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on April 27.

The activity aimed to explore the red cultural tourism resources of Huaxi district, and accelerate the construction of the Long March National Cultural Park in Guizhou.

More than 20 participants departed from Bayi Square in Huaxi district, and took a nearly 3.5-hour walking journey through the district, along the route of the Red Army Long March.

In the sacrificial place of Wangpo Red Army in Gaopo Towns, the participants carefully listened to a talk about the red culture.

Both through the hike and through what they learned along the way, they felt the hardships of the Red Army revolution.
