Demonstration Base Project of Big Data and Service Outsourcing

The project is adjacent to the Guiyang Ring Expressway and Guiyang-Huishui Expressway, surrounded by a provincial service demonstration zone, the Mengguan Business Logistics Park, a 4S shop cluster and an automobile comprehensive supermarket. It's well-grounded in the transportation, logistics, and big data industries, and has a call center with 5,413 agents, staff canteens and dormitories for senior managers and staff. Nineteen enterprises have settled in the project.

It devotes 92,000 square meters in unit C and D to an automobile supermarket, 4,400 sq m to 7 call centers in its auto parts city, 2,100 sq m in the first unit to an e-commerce industrial park, and 3,000 sq m in the call center of an e-commerce industrial park.

The project centers on big data, automobile tourism, finance, makers, online to offline e-commerce, industry transformation and upgrading, and service outsourcing. It aims to become a provincial-level modern service industry cluster area where big data and related industries, automobile circulation, trade and business services, modern logistics and financial information can develop in a coordinated manner.
