The Guiyang-Gui'an (Shenzhen) Computing Power Exchange Seminar was held on Nov 7 in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province. It explored the possibilities of regional digital economic development and opportunities for city-to-city cooperation, aiming for win-win outcomes between Guiyang-Gu'ian and Shenzhen in the computing power economy.
Zhao Yan, a member of the Party committee and deputy director of the Guiyang bureau of big data development and management, stated at the seminar that Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area have significant advantages in computing resources, application scenarios, industrial clusters, network infrastructure, natural environment, and pilot demonstrations.
The next step is to promote the construction of computing centers, the development of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and the reform of market-oriented data allocation.

Enterprises and institutions from Guizhou and Shenzhen presented their achievements and shared experience and expressed interest in future cooperation.
Representatives at the seminar agreed that Guiyang-Gui'an has significant advantages in computing resources, natural environment, and policies, and looked forward to future cooperation.
During the seminar, the Zhongguancun Big Data Industry Alliance and Guiyang's Global Big Data Exchange signed a cooperation agreement to collaborate in setting data industry standards and circulating data elements, jointly promoting the development of the big data industry.
