Guiyang and Guian announce 100 digital application scenarios

The Guiyang City and Guian New Area Digital Application Scenario Release Conference was held in the Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City on Sept 28. A total of 50 construction scenarios, 50 open scenarios, and 22 enterprise capability lists were announced at the conference.

The 50 construction scenarios covered areas such as digital finance, rural vitalization, and smart transportation, showcasing the achievements of digital transformation in Guiyang and Guian in various fields.

For example, the "Cun Cun" digital rural operation platform scenario focused on finding ways for farmers to participate more deeply in rural tourism and increase their incomes, how citizens can settle in rural homes long-term and revitalize rural resources, and how tourists can fully experience life in the countryside, promoting rural vitalization.

The 50 open scenarios reveal the digital scene demands in various fields in Guiyang and Guian to promote the effective allocation of urban resources.

For example, the Guiyang Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the Guiyang existing housing transaction management system, which plans to rely on the bureau's existing building registration network to create a direct transaction platform for existing housing information.

In addition, 22 capability lists of software and service enterprises in Guiyang and Guian were announced, providing references to help government departments and companies carry out digital development.

In recent years, Guiyang and Guian's total digital economy and growth rate have led the province, with the continuous establishment of super large-scale data centers and the gathering of cloud resource services.
