Guiyang buildings become 2022 demonstration areas

According to the Guiyang bureau of big data development and management, four buildings in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, were recently selected as 2022 demonstration buildings for the digital industry in Guiyang and Guian New Area.

The Shu'anhui building in the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone covers a floor area of 31,643.55 square meters, and is home to 29 companies involved in information security, software service, industrial internet, intelligent sensors and big data.

These companies have 180 intellectual properties all together, and have achieved 260 million yuan ($37.62 million) in business revenue in 2022, including 150 million yuan involving the software service industry.

The Jingdian Tiancheng business building in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone covers a floor area of 23,600 sq m and focuses on cloud computing, data analysis and data services. It aims to promote the development of a digital industrial cluster, become a core area of the zone's digital economy, and boost digital economy related industrial sectors to expand their scale.

It has 39 companies, 19 of which are involved in the software service industry. In 2022, the building achieved 310 million yuan in software service revenue.

Building C of Gaoke No 1 is located in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and covers a total floor area of 43,316.42 sq m. It has 26 companies that focus on software and information technology services, government affairs services, information security and cloud computing.

In 2022, the building achieved a total business revenue of 2.43 billion yuan, including about 460 million yuan in the software services industry.

Dongmao center in Yunyan district has a total floor area of 152,800 sq m and has attracted strong and leading companies in the software service industry.

It focuses on the development of high-tech technology R&D, intelligent algorithm, model design, and artificial intelligence. Currently, it has 25 companies involving cloud computing, cloud services, big data e-commerce and big data electronic information manufacturing.

In 2022, the building's total business revenue was 2 billion yuan, including 1.3 billion yuan in the software service industry.

In the future, the Guiyang bureau of big data development and management will continue to boost the development of digital economy industrial clusters and building economy.
