In order to improve the management efficiency of its incubation enterprises and incubation carriers -- and to innovate its administrative services -- Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) is on the move.
Located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, Guiyang HIDZ launched a services platform for the zone's entrepreneurial enterprises on Dec 14.
It will use big data management to oversee the 988 incubation ventures of 44 incubation carriers in the zone.
By using the platform's big data management, enterprises can independently fill in information on such things as R&D investment, personnel changes and intellectual property rights. This will mean that the entrepreneurship service center of the Guiyang HIDZ can be informed of any enterprise's situation in a timely manner.
At the same time, the platform also begun enhanced management of its incubators and maker space and divided the management authority of incubator and maker spaces in the area. This will give it data supervision rights for incubated enterprises.
Through the use of the big data service platform, the data of enterprises can be efficiently summarized. After the platform's statistics are integrated, the services level for incubators and maker spaces can be evaluated. Various incubation carriers and enterprise development prospects can be analyzed, so as to improve the data reporting efficiency.
It was early days, as the platform has just been launched. The zone has invited people in charge of incubator carriers and some incubated enterprises to undertake training.
Moving forwards, the functions and management of the platform will be continuously upgraded.
