Guizhou in spotlight at Smart China Expo

The Guiyang Bureau of Big Data Development and Management, a member of the Guizhou delegation, participated in the 2019 Smart China Expo in Chongqing on Aug 26.

Guizhou's booth at the expo covered an area of 500 square meters in seven sections showing its digital government affairs, digital livelihood, industry digitization and other big data applications by voice, lighting, pictures, articles and videos, and highlighting its innovative smart city industrial ecology with big data as the guide.

Guiyang's international big data industry expo, the world's first national exhibition themed with big data, made its debut at the Smart China Expo. The international big data industry expo has been held five times since 2015. The 2019 edition attracted more than 125,000 visitors and 448 exhibitors, who brought along over 1,200 latest products, technologies and solutions.

Local Guizhou high-tech enterprises did a lot of showcasing of their own at this Smart China Expo, displaying their cutting-edge technologies.

The 2019 Smart China Expo was themed on intelligence and focused on artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, 5G and block chains, and displayed new global products, technologies and business patterns in the fields of smart life, manufacturing and facilities.
