Guiyang apartment program offers 30,000 subsidized stays

Guiyang's Zhuchao Apartments have provided housing subsidies and related services on nearly 30,000 occasions over the past decade to people coming to the city for work or entrepreneurship, the service announced on Oct 10 at its 10th anniversary celebration and the opening of its Luchongguan branch.

Launched by Guiyang Talent Housing Co, a subsidiary of Guiyang Talent Group, the Zhuchao Apartments program offers full-cycle talent housing services integrating accommodation, community operations, daily-life facilities, and youth development programs, helping young people address rental challenges.

Over the past 10 years, the program has developed a comprehensive housing system featuring four types of housing services: free apartment branches, talent apartments with rent subsidies, affordable rental housing, and apartments for high-level talent, catering to the housing needs of talent at different stages of their careers.

Currently, Guiyang Talent Housing Co operates 16 projects with nearly 7,000 housing units across Yunyan, Guanshanhu, Baiyun, and Huaxi districts and Gui'an New Area.

The newly opened Luchongguan branch was transformed from an idle building into an affordable rental housing project, offering 273 fully furnished units, each about 40 square meters.
