A three-day Guizhou tourism real estate promotion and "100 Cities, 1,000 Enterprises" property exhibition and sales event concluded on July 19 at the Guiyang International Conference & Exhibition Center. This saw 1,107 prospective homebuyer groups leave their contact information for participating developers and companies.
The event brought together 120 real estate developers, 166 property projects, and six financial institutions from Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, and Jilin provinces, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, as well as Chongqing municipality.
Projects in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area sold 154 commercial housing units, generating sales of 169 million yuan ($24.97 million), while collecting contact information from 937 groups of potential homebuyers.
A strategic cooperation signing ceremony for the Cool Guiyang Sojourning Platform was also held during the event. Developed by Guiyang Cultural Industry Investment & Development Group based on the Cool Guiyang app, the platform focuses on summer tourism stays, short-term rentals, and long-term wellness-oriented living.
It supports flexible rental periods, including daily, short-term, and monthly rentals, and provides digital management throughout the process – from property listings and rental arrangements to contract signing and move-out procedures.
In addition, Guiyang will establish a 1-million-yuan fund to further improve the quality of services for tourism-oriented residential properties in the city.
