Guiyang bureau helps Olympic Sports Center's stadium pass final inspection

The main stadium of phase II of the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center has passed its final inspection with the guidance and support of the construction management division of the Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development.

Located in Guanshanhu district, the project, one of Guiyang's key sports and cultural infrastructure projects, includes a main stadium, a warm-up training hall, supporting service facilities, and an underground parking garage.

To ensure a smooth inspection process, the division became involved at an early stage, coordinating closely with project owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Technical experts were dispatched to provide on-site guidance, while joint inspections with relevant departments, including fire safety authorities, helped reduce repeated rectification work and improve efficiency.

In addition, a pre-inspection mechanism was introduced to identify potential issues in advance, allowing sufficient time for improvements and ensuring construction quality while allowing work on the project to progress at a steady pace.

According to the project developer, the support provided by local authorities helped save valuable time and played a crucial role in helping the project pass final inspection.
