Guiyang has rolled out measures to boost resort real estate development and establish a "Good Housing" brand, with plans to construct, renovate, and launch 10 projects in the resort sector this year.
To enhance housing quality and drive industrial upgrading, Guiyang has formulated a series of measures to promote the development of resort real estate.
The city will accelerate the construction of benchmark pilot projects and facilitate the renovation and market entry of existing projects. Through a "six excellences" closed-loop system – encompassing excellent policy, planning, design, construction, service, and management – Guiyang is committed to building an influential local "Good Housing" brand.
To remove bottlenecks in market circulation and foster a virtuous cycle, Guiyang will implement a coordinated linkage mechanism this year. It can promote synergy between the new housing market and the second-hand housing market, bridge affordable housing and existing commercial housing inventory, integrate resettlement housing resources with existing commercial housing, and guide the coordinated development of self-built housing with existing commercial housing.
According to the plan, Guiyang will complete 5,000 housing trade-ins this year, put into use over 5,000 existing commercial housing units already acquired, purchase 2,121 existing commercial housing units for use as resettlement housing, and purchase another 220 units for urban dilapidated housing resettlement – revitalizing existing assets and stabilizing market expectations.
Through these initiatives, Guiyang will establish a linkage system covering various housing types, dedicated to achieving the dual goals of steady real estate market development and improved living conditions for residents.
