Guiyang and Gui'an spearhead high-quality employment initiative

According to Guiyang bureau of human resources and social security, Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province are establishing multiple platforms to achieve high-quality and full employment.

The goal is to match people to suitable positions, leverage their strengths, and maximize their talents to enhance the quality of employment.

Guiyang and Gui'an have been building a talent operation platform, with the design for a basic service platform for applications, talent data displays, and a big data dispatch center for talents already completed.

Efforts are currently underway to integrate various data interfaces, and phase one of construction is expected to be completed by the end of July.

Guiyang and Gui'an are also developing talent service platforms, working to empower Guiyang Talent Group with human resources-related services to support the growth of enterprises.

Meanwhile, an implementation plan for supporting the high-quality development of the China Guiyang Human Resources Service Industrial Park has been formulated. It aims to enhance service management, support innovative development, promote coordinated industrial development, and facilitate employment through talent parks.

Guiyang and Gui'an are cultivating talents through Huaxi University Town and Qingzhen Vocational Education Town, while fostering job opportunities at Guizhou Science City and Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City.

Last year, Huaxi University Town and Qingzhen Vocational Education Town educated 103,500 university and college graduates, with 46,800 finding local employment. Over 400 researchers collaborated with companies, and 21,200 individuals participated in on-the-job training.
